Meet Brittany

I explain the details, solve the problems, and keep your goals at the center.

I’m Brittany, a native Tennessean who has called Nashville home for over a decade. I worked in the title industry before becoming a full-time real estate agent, so I understand what happens at every stage of a transaction.

I give my clients direct answers, stay calm when plans change, and look for practical solutions that protect their goals.

Questions are part of the process.

Start with the basics below, then we can talk through the details of your situation.

How early should I talk to a REALTOR®? +

The sooner, the better. We can talk through timing, financing, preparation, and the local market before you decide to make a move.

Do I need to be pre-approved before we tour? +

You do not need one for our first conversation. Before we tour seriously, a pre-approval will give you a clear budget and make your offer stronger. I can help you prepare for the lender conversation.

What should I do before listing my home? +

Start with a walk-through of your home. We will decide which improvements are worth doing, what can stay as-is, and how to prepare for photos and showings.

Which areas do you serve? +

I work across Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities, including Hendersonville, Gallatin, Lebanon, and Clarksville.
